In life, you need to get a handle on your emotions, and get a hold on how you feel. Wherever you are in life, know you are loved, and deeply appreciated.
1. Anger, loneliness, and sadness, etc, can be dealt to you in a heavy handed manner. 2. Write it down and map it out with logic. 3. Construct the emotion with meaningful statements. 4. You can still have the emotion, but expressing it in a calm way will have more impact. 5. Over time, you can channel that energy into constructive action. 6. Action, can then be channeled into accomplishments and achievements. 7. People will be by your side in the most unexpected ways and they will support you and your cause.

We have all been there. Getting into a rut ruminating about the past. Here is how to let go of the past.
1. Recognise that the past is done. It was there at one point in time and it's purpose was to teach you, not to trouble you. 2. It's not coming back, and should not occupy your head space. You can think about a past event, but do not overthink it. There's a fine line between thinking and overthinking. Think a little, action more and learn from your mistakes. 3. If you are ruminating, your mind is not able to process what is happening to you. Ruminating = Overthinking. You have to stop and do something else so that your mind that does not obsess about a previous event, person or situation. 4. Dial in physical exercise, rest and stop using social media. Get some physical exercise or sport of your choice. Something you enjoy so that you can truly appreciate your life to the full extent. Next point is get some rest. Not just sleep, but some time to meditate and recharge your batteries. Remove stimulation / stop stimulating yourself too much. For example porn or excessive social media use. 5. Read on positive emotions, thoughts and action. Stop reading the news that drains your energy. The only news you should be reading is one that motivates you and challenges you and pushes you further in your journey. This includes items that your loved one's say that are positive, and also items that your loved one's say that are not so positive, that you need to work on. 6. Write those thoughts on the past down and work your way through it. Remember it's only a feeling and they come and go. 7. Meditate on your inner energy and positive mantra / affirmations, and use those to counter those negative thoughts. 8. Relieve yourself, and appreciate yourself for making it this far. Your time is not up. 9.When you let go, beautiful experiences happen for you and to you. 10. You are a warrior with high energy, virtual and spiritual stature. 11. You love yourself, and people love you for who you are. 12.Letting go is powerful and necessary if you want to grow spiritually. Thanks for reading through this post. 1. The mind is a muscle and an organ. It also needs to urinate and release the toxin's in itself. Let it release, but do not allow it to control your spirit. You have control over your organs. You must treat them with respect, dignity, disclipine and love. When the organ recognises that, it will respond better to stimulation from the environment. 2. Give it exercise to tame the mind, when it's demanding rest, give it rest. My mental health professional recommends taking a five minute time out every 1 or 2 hours. What do I mean by rest. You should do meditation, and deep breathing exercise every hour or two. This will help reset, recalibrate and energise. 3. Write down what is being said by the mind, and counter it with positive statements and energy inducing habits. When you are in a battle of your mind, you must go into the arena with these tools and affirmations to reassure yourself you got this. You brain on your side when you treat it well. When you treat it badly, it will retaliate. 4. Do not over-stimulate or over-expose the brain. This is a tricky tip. A good example to illustrate this point, would be to avoid porn / or excessive social media use. When we watch porn or get addicted to social media, the mind excretes dopamine to give us pleasure. I was watching popular YouTuber Hamza. He mentions that amygdala can get triggered from excessive stimulation and overexposure to dopamine or any other negative chemicals. 5. Every organ (inc. brain) has it's limits, and one must learn to work around this. There's a famous saying that if you push yourself too hard mentally / physically / emotionally, you will surge and crash. A little bit extra at a time. Basically two steps forward, and one step back. To illustrate this point, I will use the example of myself. If I push myself and do not give myself adequate rest between sets at the gym, I feel wiped out. 6. If you want to increase your focus, you must learn to reduce or limit distractions . disruptions. In a book I read by Cal Newport "Deep Work", basically he mentions that the art of multi-tasking is useless. You must do one thing at a time to get full results and increase your focus. 7. Dial in working out, and proper rest after a rough mentally demanding job. It will improve your stamina and energise you in ways that is better to have gone through. Exercise and sleep releases hormones like serotonin that help boost brain function, and helps to increase your stamina greatly. 8. Try not to exceed 8 hours of physical or mental work every single workday. Schedule your leave every now and again, so you can rest and recharge your mental batteries and enjoy life. Thankyou for sticking with me till the end. See you in the next post. ⚔️ R ⚔️ 1. Remember you have a chance to change your life around.
Have you made a mistake? What do you do? Write that down. Slowly and gradually realise that you have a chance to change your life. To love yourself is to forgive yourself when events do not go your way, or you fail. Give yourself a chance to get it right by fixing your past mistakes with new events. 2. Life takes time, effort and rest. Cut yourself some slack. Some leeway to get it wrong. Go into the greyscale, of decision making, and not in the black and white decisions. Every now and again, give yourself time to recover from a wrong doing. However do not stop putting effort into your life after you have recovered fully. 3. Every day you have a chance to shine. Dress up, clean up after yourself, cause you have a chance to shine. A chance to make your life absolutely worthwhile in your eyes. 4. You will fuck up, and that's okay, because failure is a part of life. It's okay to be rejected by people who you loved deeply. It's okay to be rejected by people who do not see your value. Every now and again, you must value yourself and love yourself fully. For example, the character Killer Bee is a good example of this in Naruto. 5. You must learn that excellence takes time, effort and patience and relentless perseverance. I'll take myself as an example. I use to suck like everyone else at Super Hexagon. Then I sucked less. Now I frequently pass the one minute survival mode in Hyper Hexagonest (which is the hardestestest difficulty in the game). Just because I sucked at point in time, does not mean that I will suck forever. 6. It's okay to cry, sweat and experience great psychological, emotional, spiritual pain. This is a part of life's growth process. Because if you want to achieve great results, your going to have to sacrifice, adjust and accommodate all situations. This should not be at the expense of your self-worth and value. 7. You know you are stronger than any sword and shield. The more you put yourself through, the stronger you become. People will come to you when they need help and want clarity in their life. 8. You are kinder than any other cards dealt to you throughout your life. For example, the character Vegeta (DBZ), aside from being one of my favorites currently represents a relentless warrior who tough loves his partner and those he cares about. Just because he was a ruthless killer in his childhood and teenage years, he represents a man who is fixing himself throughout the series. Becoming a stronger warrior and human being, whereas Goku remains static. 9. Happiness comes from within. No one situation, person, or event can make you happy. It is something found within. From my own experience, I think that happiness cannot be found from outside. You must look inward to grow further in every way. Thanks for reading the article. Here are some rules and steps to keep growing and following the river of life. 1. Recognise my limits. This is the time to start jotting down your limits. When you keep pushing hard in life, you will hit a limit. A maximum that slowly keeps getting shattered like rock. If you are not careful you will burnout. You have to do this in a calculated and calm way. Plan rest breaks, and joy moments. 2. Socialise with purpose. When you are an adult, you have to be careful of repetitive behaviours. This is why identifying the purpose of a conversation and keeping it succinct is crucial. We all know monotonous conversation have less impact as they go on. Add some spice to the conversation with a joke or a quote that has a message. If a conversation dries up, it is okay. Add some distance to keep the energy alive, and that it's okay to go your separate ways. 3. Read a little every day. It keeps your brain and vocabulary sharp. It reinvigorates your mind with new psychology and information. Please do this, with a subject of your choice and category of your interest. 4. Make new friends, and let go of bad friends. This is purely for mental health purposes. I realise, that as you make new friends, there is potential for growth in spirtuality, mentality, emotionality. As you let go of bad friends, your mental health improves. It's okay to go your own separate ways. 5. Keep improving slow and steady. There's the old story of the rabbit and the turtle. The reason why the turtle wins every time, is not because the rabbit was lazy. The rabbit was burned out from the fast pace of it's running. It didn't have time to recalibrate it's mental space prior to the race. My mental health professional recommends, taking a 5 minute break every 2 hours. This can be as easy as putting an alarm or mental note on a to-do list. 6. Focus on health and fitness. We all know this, but few action it, in their adult years. Do a little at a time, and slowly increase the intensity and duration of the workout. Use this caloric deficit to ultimately lose fat and gain more energy. 7. Be responsible for my shit, thoughts and emotions. Deal with negative emotions and the postiive emotions together. This is why having a notebook to list down all these states of mind and trying to grow from it, and then let go of the emotion. Take responsibility, and appreciate yourself when you get things are right. However also learn when events fail. 8. My intention is to look inward, and remain calm in the height of anger. As we travel across the journey of life, sometimes we go through traumatic events. Reflect but don't obsess or ruminate over these events that cause dissatisfaction or unhappiness. Remain calm, and adjust yourself to every situation. 9. Remember I live each day like it's my last. No day is guaranteed. That's why the present (now) is so important and valuable. People are born, and people pass away. You must traverse life knowing that it's not something to be fearful about, but value to the highest degree. 10. Remember my happy space. Create the happiness in your life by using inward emotions to project them into your space. This sounds like sweet talk, but cleaning your room, is so important. Remove unwanted trash, and put in space for items that cultivate your inner happiness. 11. My existence is valuable and I will make it worthwhile. This ties into the point number 9, that time is to be treasured and valued beyond the bound of reason. We are responsible for our existence having an impact. Don't let negative energy or events ruin your day or your mantra. Thanks so much for reading and following on with these words and reasoning.
